Lean Cuisine: Spinach, Artichoke, and Chicken Panini

We’ve got a spotty record with Lean Cuisine’s sandwich stylings, and their panini selections specifically.  Some of them are pretty great, but naturally they can’t ALL be good.  That one was one of the first Tasty Lies and still one of the very WORST.  It was gross.  But that was beef, this is chicken.  This could be worlds better!  And I really hope it is.  And even if it’s not…Hey…I don’t have to eat it.  My coworker Heidi did that FOR me.  Way to take the bullet, Heidi.  Let’s all hope for her, shall we?

Alright, Lean Cuisine’s Spinach, Artichoke, and Chicken Panini!  Huzzah!  I’m not really an artichoke fan.  But this sandwich looks nice and neat.  I like that.  A good mix of meat, veggies, and cheese in this one.  I really hope that holds up to the actual meal.  Let’s see!

I won’t lie, this looks pretty great.  It’s not overly greasy and disgusting like some of the other paninis  And it’s got a LOT of spinach and a fair amount of artichoke.  Lots of chicken, and quite a bit of cheese.  Can’t really look down on that.  And it looks like the bread was in really good shape!  Bonus!  What did Heidi think?

Lean Cuisines Chicken Spinach and Artichoke panini sandwich was pretty good. The bread wasn’t at all soggy like I feared it would be and there was a good amount of everything on it so it wasn’t lacking in that department. I might need to eat something further because it isn’t that filling but makes for a quick easy and different lunch!
